Once Upon A Dream Productions won the top award at the 21st Annual International Family Film Festival (IFFF).

Another Day in Paradise (2017) took home the Best Feature Drama on Sunday night at the historic Raleigh Studios.

Another Day in Paradise lead actresses, Madeline Paige Patterson & Autumn Patterson were present to accept the awards inside the Charlie Chaplin Theater.

Another Day in Paradise is the story of 16-year-old twins, Brooke and Alexis, who look forward to a summer of fun while working and hanging out with their fellow life guards at Paradise Water Park.

It’s been a tough year since their mom died and while their youthful resilience finds them ready to move forward they are worried about their dad, Jeremy (Jeffery Patterson), who has yet to come to terms with all the changes in his life running the family owned Water Park and raising his daughters alone.

Teens being teens, Brooke and Alexis manage to test Jeremy's patience to the breaking point, and have all three of them questioning the right path for their future. For this family it’s no longer just another day in paradise.

Jeffery Patterson also co-stars in the film with Frankie Muniz (Malcom in the Middle), Joanna Krupa (TopModel), Brendan Robinson (Pretty Little Liars), Angie Everhart, (Last Action Hero), Ryan Ochoa (Pair of Kings), Sandra Ellis Lafferty (Hunger Games, Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Walk The Line), Cameron Palatas (Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous) and Judy Norton (The Walton’s).

Another Day in Paradise had some stiff competition, going up against another one Once Upon A Dream Productions films, Hot Bath, Stiff Drink, an’ a Close Shave (HBSDCS).

A true family-style Western set in 1893 directed by Matthew Gratzner (Award winning Visual Effects Supervisor and BAFTA nominee for the Academy Award nominated films Hugo and Aviator, as well as Interstellar, Iron Man, Resident Evil: Extinction, Shutter Island, Real Steel, A Good Day to Die Hard, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, Hancock, Aeon Flux, War of the Worlds, National Treasure and Tom Cruise's Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol among many others.) HBSDCS is the second film in a trilogy with Hot Bath an' a Stiff Drink 3 gearing up in pre-production to set principle photography in early 2017.

Hot Bath, Stiff Drink, an’ a Close Shave is the story of Marshall Vance Dillinger (Jeffery Patterson - Extraction) who corners a deadly outlaw and his gang in a Whiskey warehouse. The Cambridge gang, led by Dallas Cambridge (Robert Patrick - Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Scorpion) is ordered to surrender with the promise of a fair trial.

The only member of the gang who gives up is Hobie, Dallas's young son.

Everyone else seems to die in a fiery blaze of bullets and fire.

Young Hobie is tried and sentenced to hang for his fathers crimes.

Shockingly, Dallas Cambridge survives the blaze and is out for revenge.

Can Lucky (Vance's twin) and his gang help Vance to protect his family from a killer bent on vengeance? The film also stars Frankie Muniz (Malcom in the Middle, Big Fat Liar, Agent Cody Banks), Alison Eastwood (Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Tightrope), Grainger Hines (Cinemaxs’ The Knick, General Hospital), Ronnie Gene Blevins (The Dark Knight Rises, The Perfect Guy, HBO’s True Detective), and Tanya Clarke (Cinemax’s Banshee, A Beautiful Mind).
