**Requirements**
**Music can be in Spanish or English, talent must
speak Spanish.
**The talent must reside in one of the following cities:
Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Milwaukee, Chicago, or Atlanta.
**The talent must be unsigned or independent
