Chilean-American singer-songwriter Francisca Valenzuela prepares for a series of concerts in the United States and for the release of her highly-anticipated third studio album in September.

The first single "Prenderemos Fuego Al Cielo"("We'll Set the Sky on Fire"), has garnered critical acclaim from the media and received overwhelming acceptance by her fans in Chile, Spain and Mexico, among others. The single debuted at #2 in iTunes Chile. Its official video was recently filmed in Arizona and was premiered this week on Francisca's official VEVO channel.

Aside from her new single and the upcoming release of her new album, Francisca Valenzuela received a special invitation to perform in the world-famous music festival Lollapalooza on August 1st in Grant Park, Chicago. Her participation in the music festival comes after two outstanding performances at Lollapalooza Chile and Brazil in early 2014.

Her Chicago presentation will be the perfect occasion for Francisca to showcase some of her new songs -written in both English and Spanish- to the multicultural audience that attends Lollapalooza.

After that, Francisca Valenzuela will have two shows in California: August 4th in Los Globos (L.A.) and on August 6th in The New Parish (Oakland).

"Prenderemos Fuego Al Cielo" is an irresistible, mysterious and sensual track, where string arrangements, synths and pianos subtly peek in. The single works just as well on headphones and radio as it does on the dance floor. Its sonic landscape, out-of-this-world and titillating, complements Francisca's plea to the heavens to find her long lost love.
