"TENERTE" performed by Luis Coronel

His body of work becomes more impressive with each hit that's embraced by the public. SESAC Latina-affiliated songwriter Luciano Luna once again reaches #1 on Billboard's Regional Mexican Airplay chart with his composition "Tenerte" (To Have You), performed in a vibrant banda version by the young singer Luis Coronel.

Recently named SESAC Latina's 2014 Composer of the Year, Luciano Luna is also the co-writer, with Edén Muñoz, of "Tus Latidos" (Your Heartbeats), which just spent five weeks at #1 on the same chart, and remains at #2 this week.

With romantic lyrics and a musical arrangement that complements its message, "Tenerte" delights us from beginning to end. It's filled with phrases that listeners have immediately responded to: "tenerte es lo mejor que me ha pasado... tenerte significa que estoy vivo" (having you is the best thing that's happened to me...having you means that I'm alive).

"Tenerte" is the first single from Luis Coronel's latest album Quiero Ser Tu Dueño (I Want to Be Your Man).

All airplay data referenced here comes from the Regional Mexican Airplay chart published in Billboard magazine for the issue dated August 23-29, 2014.
