The Chula Vista community celebrated the upcoming release of TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES with a chalk mural inspired by the movie at Otay Ranch Mall on Saturday, August 2, 2014. Artist Cecelia Linayao created a mural with pastels encompassing the four TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES; Donatello, Raphael, Leonardo, and Michelangelo for locals to enjoy. The street art took seven hours to complete and was admired by many passersby as they were out shopping!
