WAFFLE STREET coming to Digital HD, On Demand March 15

A riches-to-rags tale, Waffle Street, adapted from James Adams’ 2010 memoir, follows a wealthy hedge-fund financier’s fall from grace – and into a job at a local 24-hour diner.

But rather than disgrace, Adams, played by James Lafferty (One Tree Hill, Oculus) discovers that the small business is actually a wealth of financial knowledge.

Offering a fresh take on the fallout of corporate greed, Waffle Street finds redemption for Adams in the humblest of places, and unlikely friendship under the tutelage of Edward (Danny Glover), the best short-order cook in town.

Lafferty and Glover (Lethal Weapon, Dreamgirls, The Color Purple) star alongside Julie Gonzalo (Dallas, Dodgeball, Christmas With the Kranks) in an absorbing drama that affirms the importance and wisdom of the small businesses that make up America.
