Featuring co-writing from Jesiah Dzwonek of EchoSmith and collaboration with Secret Road producer AG, DANAE's contemporary sound is leading the way in the emerging pop scene in Nashville, Tenn. Working with executive producer Sarin Kuruvilla as well as artist and producer Phil Danyew, DANAE's latest features a hip blend of alternative, electronic pop and Americana.
"Going in a new direction, being vulnerable in a place where you are unfamiliar, can be intimidating. But if you're being called to a creative adventure, you have to just do it," DANAE said.
DANAE's first single "Direction" will be released April 22, and she will share this new direction with fans on the East Coast at an exclusive listening party on April 17, held at the IOTA Club and Cafe.
