Thisfunktional Music Review: Bohnes 206: PART I

Written by Jesus Figueroa

The haunting, incredible vocals of Alexander DeLeon deliver a signature for his new solo project BOHNES.

In "206: Act I" DeLeon brings out a diverse of vocal powerhouse songs which merge together to create an unforgettable album.

"12 Rounds" starts the album off with an eerie yet beautiful anthem which stands out among the tracks.

The catchy rhythm and beats make the songs combine together well.

"Guns and Roses" is a fantastic change to the steady and safe nature of the first half of the album, making it pick up slightly and make for a good listen straight through.

"Mostpit" sends the second half of the album to a magnificent faster pace and leading to a delightful end to the album.

The album as a whole is cohesive and a good way for DeLeon to showcase his solo talents.

With it's ups and downs "206" is a good album to pick up.

BOHNES's Debut Album "206: Part I" is a solid album and I rate it 3 of 5 stars.

The album is available on all DSPs at smarturl.it/206Act1Preorder.
