The Los Angeles Kings have activated forward Carl Hagelin from injured reserve, Kings Vice President and General Manager Rob Blake announced on January 5, 2019.
The 30-year-old Hagelin (born August 23, 1988) is a 5-11, 186-pound native of Sodertalje, Sweden who has played in 21 games this season with the Kings and Penguins, posting five points (1-4=5), a plus-3 rating and 12 penalty minutes. He missed 20 games due to a lower-body injury sustained on Nov. 24 vs. Vancouver.
The Kings finish a two-game homestand on January 5, 2019 against the Edmonton Oilers.
