After a prolonged hiatus, ThisFunktional Magazine is back with new issues coming up.
To start things off, ThisFunktional is honored to have “ARISTOTLE AND DANTE DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF THE UNIVERSE” on the cover as well as writer-director Aitch Alberto speaking about the endeavor of bringing this book adaptation to life.
Alberto talked not only of honoring the words of the book, but of creating a safe space for the cast to be able to fully be vulnerable with their characters and adapting the book in a way that it included personal experiences.
Love is at the center of the story, while it’s not an action packed movie, the story is beautiful and the characters are relatable.
Along with the featured movie, there’s the Movies of the month, September Album Releases, Dethklok/Metalocalypse, Interview highlights, Halloween Horror Nights, and Angel of Light.
