"We think we found our stress-free sound to get us through the middle of the week: Larkin Poe's 'Stubborn Love' delivers that easy-breezy tune, and their new video matches the mood perfectly."
RH Music's roots-rock 'n' soul band Larkin Poe has premiered their music video for "Stubborn Love" exclusively on NYLON.

Fans can check it out now, here:

"Stubborn Love" is the third single off of the duo's full-length album, KIN, which fans can purchase on iTunes now, here:
Larkin Poe said, "'Stubborn Love' is our love song to each other as sisters. We wrote it together on a "difficult sibling day" (translation: fighting like cats and dogs) so it came out of a bit of a therapy session. Real life. We feel it's a song that anyone in a relationship - sibling or otherwise - can understand. It's the worst, it's the best."
Larkin Poe is gearing up to hit the road with Conor Oberst on his Fall US tour, which kicks off with the duo on October 14.

Fans will not only have a chance to see the band perform as direct support, but additionally as Conor Oberst's backing band.

Larkin Poe is a sister duo comprised of Rebecca Lovell and Megan Lovell - descendants of tortured artist and creative genius Edgar Allen Poe.

At a young age, the girls were classically trained on violin and piano while being exposed to classic rock icons including Fleetwood Mac and Pink Floyd.

Rebecca (lead singer) plays guitar, mandolin as well as violin and Megan (harmony vocals) contributes on slide guitar, lapsteel as well as dobro.

After experimenting with an array of musical styles, they found a way to blend together a sound that channels their distinct voice.

The sisters have previously hit the road as opening and backing bands for Conor Oberst, Kristian Bush (Sugarland) and Elvis Costello who praises that "they have a head start on the rest of us with the unique power and beauty of sibling harmony."

With years of domestic and international touring under their belts, and a large and loyal fan base already in place, the sisters want their fans to know that KIN is truly their coming of age project.

"KIN" was officially released on October 14 via RH Music.
