YOSHIKI performs live with Sarah Brightman at Radio City Music Hall in New York on February 6

YOSHIKI joined Sarah Brightman last week on February 6 at Radio City Music Hall for Brightman’s 2019 HYMN World Tour.

YOSHIKI and Brightman’s emotional delivery brought roaring applause from the New York audience. 

Many fans traveled from as far as Europe and Asia to see the live performance of YOSHIKI’s composition “Miracle,” which Brightman has described as“the No. 1 masterpiece on the album.” 

Released worldwide last November, “Miracle” (Sarah’s Version)--performed by Brightman with YOSHIKI on piano--reached the Top 10 on iTunes Classical Charts in 15 countries.
Brightman said, “It was such a pleasure to have YOSHIKI join me at Radio City Music Hall to perform ‘Miracle’ after such a warm welcome at his show in Tokyo. I look forward to having him appear at the Los Angeles and San Francisco shows as well.”
YOSHIKI said, “I’ve played Madison Square Garden with my band X Japan and I’ve performed concerts at Carnegie Hall as a solo, classical artist. Playing my composition ‘Miracle’ at Radio City Music Hall with Sarah Brightman is one of my most exciting moments. I’m really thankful to Sarah, and I’m looking forward to doing more live performances with her.”
YOSHIKI is a composer, classically-trained pianist, rock drummer and the leader of the world-famous Japanese rock group X Japan who have sold 30 million singles and albums combined. 

YOSHIKI film and television credits include composing music for Saw IV, Repo! The Genetic Opera, “The Golden Globe Awards” and the hit anime series“Attack on Titan.” 

After receiving the Asian Icon Award from Classic Rock magazine U.K., YOSHIKI was chosen as the first Japanese man to appear on the cover of Vogue Japan. 

YOSHIKI recently signed a multi-film contract with H Collective to score two new action films (‘xXx 4’ with actor Vin Diesel and ‘Spyces’) and is currently finalizing X Japan’s first new studio album in over 22 years.
