Riot Games, the game developer best known for “League of Legends,” names Shauna Spenley as president of Entertainment for its newly formed entertainment division.

The newly formed entertainment division of riot games will develop and produce entertainment extensions based on its globally-recognized intellectual property.

Spenley joins Riot Games at a time when it is serving a growing global fanbase across games, entertainment, sports and more. Its music videos have been viewed over two billion times on YouTube, and its original songs have been streamed over one billion times on Spotify, counting over ten million monthly listeners. Its League of Legends 2020 World Championship esports competition saw record-setting viewership across multiple statistics. In total, over one billion hours of content was consumed around the world, and the final match reached a 23.04 million Average Minute Audience (AMA) and hit 45.95 million Peak Concurrent Users (PCU).
